Required if any outside food or drinks are brought into the facility.

  • Covers additional cleaning, trash removal, and staff management
  • All outside food must be cooked, warmers are allowed, COOKING CANNOT BE DONE ON SITE
  • Birthday cakes and cupcakes are exempt

📸 Photographer – $30

  • Photos taken by Playtopia staff using iPad
  • Basic editing in Lightroom (if needed)

🎨 Decorate For You – $50

  • Parent provides décor vision
  • Playtopia staff arrives early to execute setup
